After being diagnosed with ADHD by a psychiatrist in another clinic, I began to have trouble finding a medication that worked for me. After being told by her to “make a timetable” and “there’s nothing more I can do for you”, I felt disheartened and decided to search for a different healthcare professional to help me with my medication titrations.I called Neuromed and got through to Sarah to inquire if this is something possible to offer for me. Other private clinics said that I needed to book an appointment with the psychiatrist and only then I would find out if they could help me, but this was not the case with Neuromed Clinic.Sarah had so much time for me and completely listened to my situation with empathy and understanding. She knew exactly what I was looking for and had all the information outlined for me. She even emailed me to go over the details and explain the process for someone who has already gotten a previous diagnosis. Sarah and team, if you are reading this, I hugely appreciate the time and care you took to help me with my treatment. You are truly excellent at what you do.The same is said for Dr Ivan Murray. He had time to listen and explain to me why things happen the way they do and helped me understand my condition. He is an extremely kind and friendly person and I felt so at ease talking to him. I know that on my journey for treatment, he will not treat me the way the other psychiatrist did, he will help me find the right medication and not give up on me.The assessments I filled out were very extensive and this is so essential to making sure you get the correct diagnosis. It was also checked and confirmed my diagnosis of anxiety, depression, and slight traits of autism.This clinic is excellent and so are the staff. Their knowledge and experience are of the highest quality. If you are looking for an assessment for ADHD with a psychiatrist who can help and prescribe medication this clinic is for you and the wait time was only a few weeks. The great thing about this clinic too is that it is online, and you don’t have to travel to the clinic which in my case saved me a lot of money as a full-time student, which is always an ideal thing.This clinic is a hidden gem to get fast reliable assessments and treatment for ADHD, which is so hard to come by, particularly in Dublin. The clinic is extremely professional and organised. These people know exactly what they are doing, and you will be in the best of care I guarantee it.

Just to add a month-later update:

Dr. Ivan Murray is excellent and helps me understand the medication I am taking. The neuromed team is really helpful and flexible when trying to find an appointment for me that fits in with my college. When taking my medication, unfortunately, I haven't found a dose that gives me much improvement, which is rare for people. My previous psychiatrist didn't help me with this at all and I was worried (this was before I began my treatment with Neuromed Clinic).When I explain my situation to Dr Ivan he approaches it with optimism, explains the possible reasons and comes up with a plan which puts me at ease. I know that eventually, I will find something that works and I feel so optimistic that I will do that with Dr. Ivan and his team. They are all extremely kind, and understanding and always check in to see how I'm doing, they genuinely care about their patients.
