Dr. Najeeb Khalid is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience delivering expert mental health care across the NHS, private healthcare, and most recently with the HSE in Ireland. He specialises in adult ADHD assessment and treatment alongside mood disorders, guiding individuals from quiet suffering toward clarity, support, and sustained recovery.

Throughout his career, Dr. Khalid has worked extensively with working-age adults across the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions. He is recognised for seamlessly integrating clinical excellence with compassion, ensuring dignity and care at every stage of the patient journey.

Dr. Khalid has held distinguished leadership and academic roles, including Clinical Services Group Director for Mental Health at Cwm Taf University Health Board in NHS Wales, Honorary Senior Lecturer at Cardiff University, and Interim Deputy Head of the School of Psychiatry at Wales Deanery (HEIW). His research contributions have been published in national and international journals and presented at leading conferences.
