Dr Matko Pavlovic, MD, is a dedicated consultant psychiatrist and ADHD specialist with a decade of experience in mental health. After graduating from the School of Medicine at Zagreb University and specializing in psychiatry at University Hospital Zagreb, Dr Pavlovic has built a diverse career spanning Croatia and Ireland. His work in various psychiatric hospitals, including Cork University Hospital and Saint Vincent's Hospital Fairview in Dublin, has given him extensive experience in both psychiatric intensive care and community mental health services.
As an ADHD expert, Dr Pavlovic offers comprehensive care including precise diagnostics, tailored treatment plans, and ongoing support. He combines medication management with psychotherapeutic approaches, always staying current with the latest advancements in ADHD treatment. Dr Pavlovic is also actively engaged in academic research, focusing on biological psychiatry and neuroscience, and regularly presents at international conferences.
Currently undertaking training in individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Dr Pavlovic is committed to integrating psychoanalytical insights into his clinical practice. This holistic approach allows him to address the biological, psychological, and social aspects of mental health, particularly in ADHD treatment.
A member of the Medical Council of Ireland and the College of Psychiatrists of Ireland, Dr Pavlovic is dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with ADHD and other mental health challenges.
